Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.M. Piper, Inc., Plymouth, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $1,082,610.05 for preservation of the 2-span bridge in Hooksett carrying Donati Drive over I-93 NB and SB. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $108,261.01 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval though October 25, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
