Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries, Inc., Belmont, NH, on the basis of a sole bid of $1,357,615.30 for payment resurfacing in Newport on NH 11/NH 103. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $67,880.77 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval though September 13, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
