Description
Authorize, for the benefit of the Department of Safety, to amend an existing contract with Tech Mahindra Americas Inc., Plano, TX (originally approved by G&C on 6/15/22, Item #63), by increasing the price limitation by $610,240 from $11,508,000 to $12,118,240 in support of supplementary development resources for enhancements within the DMV VISION platform, with no change to the completion date of June 30, 2027. Effective upon G&C approval. 61% ARPA Grant, 39% FSMCA Grant. Contingent upon approval of Item #144 below.
