Description

Authorize to enter into a contract with ICF Resources, L.L.C., Reston, VA, for an amount not to exceed $667,165, to provide expertise in quantitative research to conduct a benchmark survey that will assess the current state of awareness and understanding by NH energy consumers of the benefits of energy efficiency. Effective upon G&C approval through November 30, 2025, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 100% Other Funds
