Authorize to enter into a contract with Alvarez and Associates, LLC, Littleton, CO, in an amount not to exceed $109,200 for financial consultant services related to dockets DE 23-039 and DG 23-067 to include but not limited to capital investment analysis and operations and maintenance expense analysis.
