Authorize to retroactively amend an American Rescue Plan Act grant to the Town of Allenstown, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11/22/22, Item #113), by extending the completion date from November 1, 2023 to April 1, 2024, for the design of two new secondary clarifiers at the wastewater treatment facility. This is a no cost time extension. 100% Federal Funds
