Authorize the Division of Learner Support Bureau of IDEA – Special Education to transfer Federal grant funds, in the amount of $165,000 in FY24 to purchase office equipment. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on December 15, 2023.
