Authorize the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) to enter into a contract with Market Decisions, LLC, Portland, ME in an amount not to exceed $166,643.32 to develop, implement, and present the Comprehensive Statewide Needs Assessment to the VR program. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds
