Authorize the Division of Learner Support to amend an existing sole source contract with Friends Forever, Inc., Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3/22/23, Item #101), by increasing the price limitation by $350,000 from $394,000 to $744,000 to broaden the scope of services in providing teen leadership programming for at-risk students, and with no change to the contract end date. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
