Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to transfer funds in the amount of $240,000 and create a new expenditure class code to better reflect the current budget set-ups. (2) Further authorize the funds to be allocated as detailed in the letter dated November 20, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
