Authorize the NH Office of Highway Safety to enter into a retroactive sole source contract with AAA Northern New England, Portland, ME, in the amount of $9,500 for conducting public presentations for a FFY24 program about highway traffic education safety (The Community Outreach & Betterment Grant). Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
