Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an existing contract with W.B. Mason Co., Inc., Brockton, MA (originally approved by G&C on 2/8/23, Item #140), for janitorial supplies, by increasing the price limitation by $1,815,000 from $1,200,000 to an amount up to and not to exceed $3,015,000 and extending the completion date from November 30, 2023 to November 30, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval.
