Authorize to enter into a contract with Whelen Technologies, Inc., Chester, CT, in an amount up to and not to exceed $2,405,888.76 for lights, lens emergency, flood, trouble, and spotlights. Effective January 1, 2024, upon G&C approval through December 31, 2029, with an option to extend for up to two additional years.
