Description
Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing Statewide Mechanical agreement with Harriman Associates, Inc., Auburn, ME, by increasing the not-to-exceed amount by $400,000 from $500,000 to $900,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025.
