Description
Authorize to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreements with the counties as detailed in the letter dated October 23, 2023, to provide public funds totaling $126,849,659 for Nursing Home Per Diem and Choices for Independence Waiver Payments, also known as the County Cap, pursuant to RSA 166:1-a, Reimbursement of Funds by the County and RSA 167:18-a, County Reimbursement Funds, as specified in the table.
