Authorize to amend an existing contract with Coos County Family Health Services, Inc., Berlin, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/22/21, Item #41C), to continue to provide reproductive and sexual health services, by extending the completion date from December 31, 2023 to June 30, 2025 and increasing the price limitation by $243,249 from $359,065 to $602,314. Effective January 1, 2024, upon G&C approval. 67% Federal Funds, 33% General Funds
