Description
Authorize the Office of Workforce Opportunity to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Southern New Hampshire Services, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/18/20, Item #37), for the delivery of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Adult Program services by increasing the price limitation by $2,918,490 from $5,900,000 to $8,818,490 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
