Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a sole source agreement with Concord Coach Lines, Inc., Concord, NH, to operate the Concord Intermodal Facility located at 30 Stickney Avenue in Concord, NH. Effective upon G&C approval or January 1, 2026, whichever is later, to December 31, 2030. This is a no-cost operating agreement.
