Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Trails to enter into a Grant-In-Aid Trail Maintenance Agreements with the snowmobile clubs as detailed in the letter dated November 6, 2023, in the total amount of $2,638,980.01 for grooming of approximately 7,000 miles of snowmobile trails throughout the state.
