Authorize to enter into a contract with R.S. Audley, Inc., Bow, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $4,084,000 for operational and safety improvements at the intersection of NH 28 and Stonehenge Road in Londonderry, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $408,400, for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through July 30, 2027, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
