Description
Authorize to award a grant to the Town of Jaffrey, NH in the amount not to exceed $2,988,860 to finance water system improvements. Effective upon G&C approval through June 1, 2026. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize to approve a loan in the amount not to exceed $4,011,563 to finance water system improvements, under provisions of RSA 485:H and NH Code of Administrative Rules Env-Dw 1400 et seq.
