Authorize the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) to enter into a retroactive sole source contract with Granite State Independent Living, Concord, NH, in an amount not to exceed $1,272,040 to continue providing the “Inspiring the Mastery of Postsecondary Achievement in College” program in five regions of NH. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024, with an option to renew for one additional year. 100% Federal Funds
