Description
Authorize the Division of Administration to encumber funds in support of a sole source open-ended Memorandum of Agreement with the Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Division of Motor Carriers (KYDMC) International Fuel Tax Agreement Processing Consortium (IFTA), in the amount of $388,645.60 to continue facilitating the IFTA and providing a basis for the processing of New Hampshire’s IFTA tax returns.
