Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with HDR Engineering, Inc., Manchester, NH, for a total price not to exceed $6,733,000 for Hatchery Modernization, New Hampton, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $500,000 for unanticipated design expenses, bringing the total to $7,233,000. (3) Further authorize a payment of $20,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total amount to $7,253,000. Effective upon G&C approval through October 31, 2026, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% Federal Funds
