Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with RTH Mechanical Contractors, Inc., Dover, NH, for a total price not to exceed $4,039,394 for Manchester Circuit Court Cooling and Controls, Manchester, NH. 94.8% Federal Funds, 3.7% General Funds, 1.5% Agency Funds. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $170,000 for unanticipated design expenses, bringing the total to $4,209,394. 67% Federal Funds, 33% Agency Funds. (3) Further authorize a payment of $70,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total amount to $4,279,394. Effective upon G&C approval through July 1, 2025, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 88% Federal Funds, 7% General Funds, 5% Agency Funds
