Description
Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Trails to amend a Recreational Trails Program grant agreement with the Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/14/23, Item #115), by extending the completion date from December 31, 2023 to August 31, 2024, with no change to the price limitation. Due to exceptional rain levels through the Summer 2023, the selected contractor for this project has been severely delayed in finishing their contracted summer workload.
