Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing agreement with Magellan Medicaid Administration, LLC, Eagan, MN (originally approved by G&C on 6/9/10, Item #82), to continue management of the Pharmacy Benefits Management system, by increasing the price limitation by $11,689,136 from $38,002,959 to $49,692,095 and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2023 to June 30, 2027.
