Description
Authorize to enter into a grant agreement with Area Agency of Greater Nashua, Inc. d/b/a Gateways Community Services, Nashua, NH, in the amount of $500,000, to increase housing capacity by four beds for individuals who are eligible for one of New Hampshire’s Home and Community Based 1915c Waivers. Effective upon G&C approval, to remain in effect for no less than eight years from the date the housing unit is placed in service. 100% Federal Funds
