Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Modern Protective Coatings, Inc., Hudson, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $850,125 for painting of three steel girder bridges on I-89 north and south bound on I-89 in Hopkinton and Warner, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $42,506.25 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 6, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
