Description
Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to enter into an Agreement with WSP USA, Inc., Merrimack, NH, for an amount not to exceed $3,000,000, for on-call public outreach, project management and engineering services for the Bow-Concord project currently in the Preliminary Design phase. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2028.
