Description
Authorize to accept and expend Federal Funds in the amount of $6,619,797 from the US Department of Energy, Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, Preventing Outages and Enhancing the Resilience of the Electric Grid. (2) Further authorize the Division of Policy and Programs to create one temporary full-time Program Specialist III to manage this program. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on October 19, 2023.
