Description
Authorize to award a grant to the Base Hill Cooperative Inc., Keene, NH, in the amount not to exceed $1,000,000 for water system improvements under the provision of RSA 485:F. Effective upon G&C approval through May 1, 2025. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement, in the amount not to exceed $43,761 to finance water system improvements under the provisions of RSA 485:F and NH Code of Admin Rules Env-Dw 1300 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund
