Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to retroactively amend a lease agreement with Central Vermont Communications, Inc., Rutland, VT (originally approved by G&C on 1/14/15, Item #23, archived document ), for equipment and antenna space in designated areas at Kearsarge Mountain in Kearsarge Mountain State Forest by exercising a second five-year renewal option and extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2030. (2) Further authorize to accept rental payment revenue. The annual rental payments include an annual 3% increase as detailed within the terms of the lease. Effective upon G&C approval.
