Authorize to retroactively amend an American Rescue Plan Act grant to the Plymouth Village Water and Sewer District of Plymouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1/18/23, Item #88, archived document ) by reducing the grant limitation by $52,500 from $142,500 to $90,000 for the Emerson Road Sewer Improvements project. There is no change to the completion date of January 31, 2026. Effective retroactive to January 1, 2026, upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
