Authorize the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation to enter into a retroactive contract with New Hampshire Association for the Blind, Concord, NH, in an amount not to exceed $214,907.16, to provide Independent Living, Part B services. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds
