Description
Authorize to amend an existing subgrant retroactive to September 30, 2023, with Waypoint, Manchester, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 1/22/21, Item #130), by extending the end date from September 30, 2023 to September 30, 2024 for the purpose of partnering with the NH Department of Corrections Family Connections Center, to enhance programs that strengthen the bond between NH incarcerated parents and their minor children. Effective upon G&C approval. No additional funds are involved in this time extension. 100% Federal Funds
