Authorize to enter into a contract with Enviro Vantage, Inc., Epping, NH in an amount up to and not to exceed $750,000 for asbestos abatement, mold remediation and lead containing paint removal services. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2026, with the option to renew for up to an additional two years.
