Authorize to amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 12/22/21, Item #16), to reallocate federal funds in the amount of $16,088,067 to expense class 102 – Contracts for Program Services, for the performance of work associated with Section 9817 funding based on additional Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP) earnings made available to states on services related to Home and Community Based Services (HCBS). (2) Further authorize to accept and expend funds in the amount of $33,746,013 for the performance of work associated with Section 9817 funding based on additional FMAP earnings made available to states on services related to HCBS. Effective upon G&C approval through March 31, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on October 19, 2023.
