Description
Authorize to enter into a grant agreement with Behavioral Health and Developmental Services of Strafford County, Inc., d/b/a Community Partners, Dover, NH, in the amount of $250,030 to increase housing capacity by two beds for individuals who are eligible for one of NH’s Home and Community Based 1915c Waivers. Effective upon G&C approval, to remain in effect for no less than eight years from the date the last home is placed in service. 100% Federal Funds
