Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing contract with Delta Dental Plan of New Hampshire, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11/2/22, Item #9A), to modify the scope of services for the Dental Medicaid program in accordance with Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services requirements, with no change to the price limitation of $33,484,749 and no change to the contract completion date of March 31, 2026. Effective retroactive to April 1, 2023, upon G&C approval.
