Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell a parcel of state-owned land, consisting of 14+/- acres, located at 185 Pine Knoll Terrace in the Town of Lisbon, NH, to Paul R. and Sandra E. Goyette for $131,100, which includes the $1,100 administrative fee. (2) Further authorize to compensate Carey & Giampa Realtors, LLC from the proceeds of the sale in the amount of $6,500 for real estate services. Effective upon G&C approval.
