Description
Authorize the Bureau of Materials and Research to enter into an agreement with Haley & Aldrich, Inc., Bedford, NH, for an amount not to exceed $1,000,000, for On-Call Geotechnical Engineering Services for various transportation projects located throughout the State. Effective upon G&C approval through October 31, 2027.
