Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to amend a contract with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc., Bedford, NH (originally approved by G&C on 4/7/21, Item #18), to perform final design to address transportation system needs at a new I-93 Exit 4A and along NH Route 102 in the Towns of Derry and Londonderry, NH, by extending the completion date from May 31, 2025 to October 31, 2025. (2) Further authorize to increase the fee by $2,456,466.01 from $10,837,567.26 to $13,294,033.27. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
