Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Brox Industries, Inc., Dracut, MA, on the basis of a low bid of $1,347,563.25 for pavement resurfacing of a 1.8-mile section of I-93 NB in Manchester, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $67,378.16 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
