Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with C.W. Sliter & Sons, LLC d/b/a CWS Fence & Guardrail Co., Andover, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $1,994,006.25 for guardrail replacement in District 2 in the Towns of Franklin, Boscawen, Enfield, Canaan, Orange, Grafton, Danbury, Wilmot, Andover and Springfield. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $199,400.63 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 20, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
