Authorize, on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Economic Stability, to enter into a sole source contract amendment with Konica Minolta Business Solutions, USA, Inc., Ramsey, NJ (originally approved by G&C on 6/29/22, Item #77), to add additional statements of work and funding to support system enhancements as needed by DHHS, that were not included in the prior action, by increasing the price limitation by $51,000 from $481,151 to $532,151, with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Other (Agency Class 27)
