Authorize to retroactively amend an American Rescue Plan Act grant to the Plymouth Village Water and Sewer District of Plymouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1/18/23, Item #90, archived document ) by increasing the grant limitation by $52,500 from $600,000 to $652,500 for the Highland Street Sewer Improvements project. There is no change to the completion date of January 31, 2026. Effective retroactive to January 1, 2026, upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
