Authorize to enter into a contract with Harvey International, Inc., Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada, in an amount not to exceed $68,550 for consultancy services to assist in the development of a strategy and action plan to recruit Canadian firms in the provinces of Quebec, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island to invest and create jobs in NH. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
