Authorize to accept and expend a grant award from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in the amount of $186,948 for the purpose of funding a saltmarsh monitoring and restoration planning project. (2) Further authorize to establish a temporary full-time Biologist I position for the purpose of implementing a saltmarsh monitoring and restoration planning project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on October 19, 2023.
