Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to retroactively amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 3/22/23, Item #54), by extending the end date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2025 for grant funds from the Federal Bipartisan Infrastructure Law-State Forest Action Plan Implementation from the United States Department of Agriculture, United States Forest Service. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on October 19, 2023.
